Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.

At Norwood, all utilities are included!  Our residents only pay for any cable or internet service they choose.  WC Smith will handle everything else.

Yes, we love cats just as much as you and if well behaved, they will always be welcome at the Norwood.

We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal, or bring a check or money order to our leasing office.
